Lost-Wax Casting: From Sculpted Wax to Solid Silver

Every BAZZARO jewellery piece begins not on a 3D printer, but in jeweler's carving wax. Our Paris designers sketch organic brutalist curves, which our Jaipur artisans carve by hand using heated steel spatulas and files.
Once perfected, the wax form is encased in a ceramic investment plaster and placed in a high-temperature kiln. The wax melts away entirely — hence 'lost wax' — leaving behind a pristine negative cavity of microscopic precision.
Liquid recycled 925 sterling silver heated to over 960°C is poured into the vacuum chamber, filling every curve. After cooling, each piece is hand-chiseled, deburred, quenched, and polished with diamond paste before entering the 18K vermeil bath.
